Wood-fired, burnished bottle
I didn't burnish this piece until the last step before firing, therefore you can see the texture of the clay. I treated the surface with my orange terra sigilatta. I placed it in the kiln directly on one of three exit flues from the firing chamber, so it got a lot of flame.
