Blue vase with blue trees
Vase with blue glaze and blue-stained tree impressions
This vase is made with a white clay that has been glazed inside and on the shoulder with a blue glaze. The tree forms have been pressed into the clay prior to final forming. After its first firing, a thin layer of blue stain is applied to the trees and rubbed with a sponge.
